Special bus with bigger leg room costs about Php1200. Normal bus about Php800. You might also want to check out Cebu Pacific as they often have promos for Legazpi-Manila flights. When we went there we were able to secure tickets for Php1400. The flight only takes about 45 minutes so if you want to save on time you might want to check out the different airlines.
it depend wherein location in bicol, i travel before in camilg,albay by bus cost.700 pesos aircon,but somebody said for non aircon cost 350 something that.

by bus probably 800-1000. but who wants to ride a bus anyways?? they suck lol Maybe rent a car and have someone drive?
